Taste mark
Each mark describes one cell. The four words are salt, heat, acid, and bitter. A mark may say low, present, or high, or it may say unknown. Words such as “best” are left off because they cannot be checked. A mark is not a cooking instruction, and it does not promise that the next plate will taste the same.
When you write
Attach only the tasting note you are willing to share. Do not attach another person’s health or allergy file unless it is yours and it belongs to that cell.
